Order Charges & Currency

  • All prices shown on our website are quoted in EUR (Euro).
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees if your card uses a different currency. These fees are not charged by JOYOR.
  • Payment will be authorized and deducted from your account once your order is confirmed.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Your payment data is fully encrypted during transmission.

Failed Payment

If your payment fails, please double-check your card details, available balance, or contact your bank to unlock online international transactions. You may retry payment or select another payment option.
